Hey guys, im new to the Raven and im new to PT11. I used PT8 up till now with my old hardware but felt control room upgrade was needed.
Now im doing it step by step in the set up with the manual, but get this error every time. AVID forums are giving it the old "trash prefs", etc. but it doesnt work for me.
Can anyone help me out? Ive checked the connections, 'trashed prefs' and power-cycled the HUI but still this annoying error and its preventing me from opening and syncing the Slate MTi software!
Im running a Mac Mini 2014 i5 processor with Mavericks.
