Track Icons not saving properly with Raven session

Hi Jamie,
- After twice installing / uninstalling the initial 3.0 version ,
- then another two times again with the 2nd 3.0 version release.
- added with 2x thorough online support sessions - while confirming everything "setup wise" was already up to scratch as it should be ..., I have installed 3.0 four times now, with the same bugs reappearing

After this , I resorted to my only option left, which was to go back to 2.5.1 because that was working fine on my rig when using 2.5.1.


This morning (as a last ditch effort) I Installed 3.0.1 (this morning)

..., and within 30 minutes into my Pro Tools 12.3.1 session.......,  I noticed these bugs ,

- the mix / edit buttons decide they don't want to work,
- The Rack buttons decide they dont want to work either.
- During this Jamie, other buttons did work ?

Thats already enough for me Jamie , It's still buggy IMO ;
Ive already lost patience with 3.0.1 and dont want to use it for a minute longer just to see if these 3.0 bugs (below) also randomly reappear ...., like ...,  

- The Raven completely freezing  Mid Pro Tools Session , (causing me to perform forced raven restarts) ,
- then after forced Raven restart fails to revive the Raven .....,
- I then manually save proTools and try a complete Mac Shutdown, then restart everything to get Raven to work ...,
- Next I try to resume my interrupted Pro Tools session - only to randomly be interrupted by the buggy Raven again at a latter stage. (as already mentioned throughout this cost)
- Also to mention was the saved ravlays that sometimes loaded and sometimes didnt (but loaded every time in 2.5.1) 
- These bugs above are all random on my MAC Pro, sometimes they happen after 5 minutes to a few hours)

Please I dont want to sound as whining, as no offence nor finger pointing is intended at all , I am just pointing out the bugs that you guys say are not happening on your system but are indeed happening on mine - and others too (it sounds like).
I know you guys are really doing your best, but ATM I can't continue any longer with 3.01 "as the first few bugs Ive already experienced this morning with 3.0.1", has already convinced me to go back to 2.5.1 .

I will check in again at Christmas to see if things have improved with 3.0 , as for now I've got work I must catch up on and 3.0 /3.01 is preventing that from happening smoothly. 
With others chiming in ...,  hopefully some of these mysterious and elusive bugs will be uncovered and dealt with.

Mac Pro (late 2013)
3.5Ghz - 6Core Intel Xeon E5 - 64GB Ram - Yosemite 10.10.5 - Pro Tools 12.3.1 - Mbox Pro3 - Raven MTi-1  ...., all other installed plug-ins and drivers are the absolute latest versions available.

Who needs a floating mixer on top of the internal mixer (makes no sense to me).  In 2.5 switching to mixer window made the open floating mixer disappear. Now I have to close the floating mixer before changing to mixer page…… an additional move. But still: I'm missing the "LED" function on the floating mixer which helps to identify level activities on a channel (that's what LEDs are for , aren't they?) Also swiping with two fingers from right to left does not really work.

the counter works here in 2.5 in about 75% of the time,  …… even though I payed for 100% (…… sorry couldn't resist)

In Mac Finder, hitting the green plus button maximize the window, right? That's what has been done all the time, I can assure that . Maybe my video was not demonstrating clearly enough that toggling between the 22CH and 24CH does scramble the overlay. It DOES WORK though,  if pausing at least 5 seconds before pressing the 22CH/24CH again…… a workflow breaker to me.

For now, I switch back to 2.5.1 again. I got used to the "beta" feel of that version and I can work with it's limitations.
Maybe I'll give a try in one of the next Raven updates.

REPOSTING as I posted my comments in the wrong section!

I am completely new to Raven MTi2, on PT12.6, and have exactly the same problem. Icons not being stored/restored. I tried everything I could think of before resorting to this Board and discovering that this problem has existed for many months, but updates from Support just seem to have stopped. Is this normal, and is this a sign of the way things are with this technology?

Some guidance from you guys with the experience would be much appreciated.

Any news about the upcoming release?
