Hi everybody
I'm used to work 'old school' coming from analog consoles or remote controller like Control24 etc. Now with the RAVEN MTI I'm missing the physical sensation of having a fader under my fingertips. A real major problem (that is for me): while approaching the RAVEN display with my fingers the faders jump between 0.5 to 1.5 db till I am really touching the surface of the monitor. No matter how often I recalibrate.
I wonder how you guys are handling the above? Any opinions or helping tricks are very much appreciated.
cheers Walter

I get what u mean. If u move ur finger the slightest after touching the middle of the fader cap it will jump.. I would recommend that if u are at the point in the mix where a .5db or 1db Jump will make a big difference then switch into "fine fader" mode. This will keep the faders from jumping on you... Hope this helps.. Peace

Hi jameyz
thanks for that, fine fader mode does not work all the time as I have fast movements in between tiny tweaks.
found out that the EXTERNAL MIXER behaves less sensitive when moving the virtual faders. If only the SENDS would work (huge bug!!) and the inserts F-J could be used too!
I would prefer to use only the OVERLAY mixer. Switching back and forth between mixers isn't really creative………
