Some 2.5 features can be seen in this video
it has a bunch of new features...
New Batch Command Graphics.. Tons of Updates for Logic 10.1, Slate IOS Remote Control and many more Batch commands...
update should be out in a week or so and will work for MTi, MTX, and Batch Commander..
The other DAWS are probably a couple months away and will require the user to buy another Ilok license for each extra DAW (beside the one that comes with Raven and BCer)..

Thanks for the prompt reply, jameyz! So is there a charge for this update? When will the Slate Remote be released, and what will it cost as well?

Hey Tapikos, 2.5.0 is just like any other update, free of charge  . More details regarding cost of app and release coming soon. Can't put an exact date on it, but very soon! As far as your instructor, I don't no who he or she is so I cannot comment. You can see the developers names on the software when you open it. We do commonly make changes to the products based on our customers wants and needs. All the best, Trevor |
