Drag From Region List?

Is there a way to drag the top item in the region list to the cursor?
Ie whatever track the cursor is in?

I know there is a BC to drag to a floating marker, but then you have to move the marker around all the time.

A way to simulate dragging from the region list holding control, in a BC, is what I'm looking for.

"Drag clip" it should just go to the cursor, but floating marker is there just to insure the correct spot, as the cursor could move when the clip is dragged...

Thanks Jamey,
I got it to work.
It was maximizing the track, I suppose that's the only way it can work?
I replaced maximising with an 'e' keypress so I can get back to where I was after the drag.
You have to have your zoom settings set the right way, but it works pretty well.
