There is an issue with the Tranpose MIDI -
Basically if you have it go up a semitone and then decide that you want it to go down an octave - it leaves the -1 semitone as well...
C2 - down one semitone will be B. Then move it back up one and we are back to C2. Everything is cool...
Then select octave down - it puts the note to C#1 - because the 1 semitone is still in there….
