Hi:
On the announcement of Raven 3.5 I updated my system to the latest OSX, Protools HD Ultimate and Raven 3.5.
I've been using Raven MTX software with versions of Protools rock solid since 2015.
I have all of the configurations correct, HUI correct, Accessibility settings correct (again, I've been on my Raven MTX without a hitch since 2015).
Please see the issue I'm having with 3.5 and ProTools Ultimate. The MTX software will load and open and initially is in sync with ProTools, but after a few attempts to slide tracks and move faders, there's progressive lockups resulting in the MTX controls becoming unusable.
I've had to shut down V-Control Pro and Raven softwares to get work done, as even having V-Control open causes the direct operation of ProTools to be wonky. (note: the video links at YouTube are unlisted and not searchable in YouTube to avoid any misconceptions about this great product).
Faders also now does this wobble when placing a finger over them (as seen in the second video) - This disrupts the precision I've become accustomed to with general fader operation in Raven aside from needing to go into Fine Fader mode.

Yes, HUI is configured correctly.. I've had no issues since first installing my MTX in 2015. The V-Control app is causing a conflict in my system for some reason, when I power up my Mac Pro I have to stop V-Control that auto start to avoid overall OS quips in ProTools 2018.4 even when the Raven controls are closed.

What OS are you on? This would be much better suited for a support ticket as you may need to revert back to an older V-Control Pro. Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven..
