Forgive me if this has already been answered; I did search around b4 posting...
Is there a way to ask for user input (track naming, etc.) in the middle of a batch command? Script resumes after user input...

There is a Pro Tools "Ask for Name" Batch Commands that copies the user input and runs the script. Basically it just copies whatever the user types into the clipboard and paste that for the name. A similar naming Batch Command would be "Copy name X4" as this copies the name of the select track and paste it down. I will see about getting the "ask for name" in all the other DAWS.
