i inadvertently uninstalled my uppd files, where can i get a download? or what should i do next?

Just downloaded pro tools 2018.3.0 and after pt is loaded and I load raven software the bird screen opens with red letters that say “Please launch pro tools 12 before launching RAVEN MTI PT12”. As mentioned pt is already open. Hit ok and raven sw just loops.

You probably need to update your raven software. It should say Protools 2018.
I've used the raven all the way through 12-2018.4' on both windows and high sierra. I can confirm it works fine.
