I have 2 Raven MTI2's using Pro Tools 2018. My favorite window configuration is to have the edit window open on MTI #1 and the Mix window on MTI #2, and I have tried many ways to make it work so that whenever I open a song the respective windows open where I want them to. but no matter how many times I save a window configuration, it always opens with both the edit and mix window on MTI #1. The Raven faders, however, open on MTI#2 as I want them to. Is what I want even possible? I also have double checked under Mac pref's under display and MTI# 1 shows as monitor 1, and MTI# 2 shows as monitor 2.  |

Since the Raven needs to be the main display by default, users may prefer to have other applications open on a different monitor than the Raven. Hey Jamey,
I tried to follow the video about setting which display opens per application, but I still can't get PT to open with the edit window on MTI1 (shown as monitor 1 in display pref's) and the mix window to open on MTI2 (shown as monitor 2 in display pref's) Interestingly, Raven opens the way I want, i.e. the mix faders open on mti2 but the mix window in PT doesn't. Is this a PT thing maybe?

Yes I've tried window configurations and I still can't get it too open properly. I forgot to mention (I apologize) that I also have a third non touch monitor, could that have some bearing on the problem?

You may need to trash your PT prefs, but I think you may also have PT set to only open on desktop 1. I can take a look if you want.
