i inadvertently uninstalled my uppd files, where can i get a download? or what should i do next?

good day,
my imac/RAVEN Pro Tools MTi2 Setup went pretty well, a few issues along the way, but nothing so far that I couldn’t figure out.
my only issue is when in the Pro Tools mixing console I can only move one slider at a time, on the raven mixer I can move multiple mixers at once. When I am on the Pro Tools mixer when I touch the screen there is a “mouse” curser that follows my touches around the p/t mixer. Could that be the issue?
all else seems to be working correctly......so far......

This is why we created the Raven Internal Mixer/Raven External Mixer/Raven Floating Mixer. |

Is there any way to add visual metering to the raven mixers?

Is there any way to add visual metering to the raven mixers? There are meters on the RAVEN mixers. If they are showing grey, you probably aren't aligned. Or if you don't have meters in the Raven External Mixer then you might have EUCON enabled. In order for the Raven Internal Mixer to sync properly with Pro Tools, the PT mixer will have to be aligned perfectly for the faders to sync. Turning on the track colors also can help the alignment. On El Capitan or OS X Sierra, be sure to hold down OPTION while clicking the GREEN maximize button to fit the Pro Tools Mix window to the Raven screen.
