If I have pre roll and/or post roll turned on, (using either the keyboard or Raven), they are turned off as soon as I touch anywhere on the screen. Bug, user error, or design?

Bug, user error, or design? there is nothing in the software that would make this happen. Either something isn't configured correctly, or your Pro Tools is just being crazy. I think CMD K is toggles the pre roll. Maybe something is send that command? |

Thanks Jamey but I've rebooted several times. I don't know of any PT settings that would effect Pre/post roll. It happens whenever I touch the screen, so there is no command being sent.

Is it sharing a HUB with another Pro Tools Controller?? can you plug the Raven USB into a different port? Jamey,
Thanks for your investigation and suggestions. I will look into everything you listed when I finish with my current project.
I will say that I've never run into the option click selection toggle before, but I see what it is doing.

I found the problem... Dynamic Transport was turned on. (By mistake?) It's under Options. I turned it off and that fixed it my problem. My bad to assume it was Raven associated. Thanks again.
