Hi to all. We have updated from Windows 7 with protools 12 to windows 10 with protools 12 because V-Control is not compatible with Windows 7. We have 2 MT2 (We are using dual option). After this update we have some problems. 1.- If we put the Windows taskbar on the top position, the Software don't align well the rack positions on the second monitor. (Imgage attached) 2.- If we put the Windows taskbar on the bottom but we use the "auto hide" option in the taskbar (to have more space) the raven software don't show the interface. 3.- With the new version if finally we use the "fixed" taskbar the software shows all and works fine but we can't drag anything with the mouse or the screen, the drag option dont works well. We have seen that if we use the "hide" option in Raven software the mouse/raven works well and we can use the drag and drop option or select a region of one track, but only works if we hide all the interface of raven... This works fine in the Raven 3.2 with Neyfi... ¿Can some help me? ¿Any ideas? Attachments:

1.- If we put the Windows taskbar on the top position, the Software don't align well the rack positions on the second monitor. (Imgage attached) You need to set the taskbar to "AutoHide" 2.- If we put the Windows taskbar on the bottom but we use the "auto hide" option in the taskbar (to have more space) the raven software don't show the interface. This is not how it should work, there must be another reason the Raven interface isn't showing. 3.- With the new version if finally we use the "fixed" taskbar the software shows all and works fine but we can't drag anything with the mouse or the screen, the drag option don't works well. This is probably due to Pro Tools not being open as admin, if you can't touch anything on the screen except Raven. Else, the Raven mixer overlay is blocking your touch as this is where the Pro Tools mixer should be, and you have it backwards in the screenshot. We have seen that if we use the "hide" option in Raven software the mouse/raven works well and we can use the drag and drop option or select a region of one track, but only works if we hide all the interface of raven... This could be because your windows are backwards in the screen shot you posted, you will need to put the mixer on the left and edit on the Right screen. The Raven overlay is probably blocking your touch or PT isn't open as admin. Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven.. as you will get much faster help and it will be easier to track your system info and status. slatemt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=61177

Hi to all. We have updated from Windows 7 with protools 12 to windows 10 with protools 12 because V-Control is not compatible with Windows 7. We have 2 MT2 (We are using dual option). Also, in this screen shot it is showing the 2nd Raven rack up too high. Perhaps the Displays are not set evenly in your display prefs. Here is the setup video for Dual Ravens on Windows.
