I haven't seen any answers for quite a while.
Is the Slate company still offering this forum Raven support?
I bought two Mti2 screens, the VMS1, and all the software. Only because i saw Slate was offering a robust and well needed customer support resource on this forum.
This raven touch screen software is about as far away from plug and play as it gets. I Knew that going in. But wasn't concerned because of this forum.
Now i have to wonder if Slate will be able to keep up with re coding through all the manufacture software updates on so many different "supported" DAWs?

I was thinking about giving it a go but now i'm not sure if i will be interested. If this is the path support seem to be heading.
Yes we understand you have the power to answer or not answer questions on this forum. But if the decision is no...what effect will that have on Slate customer loyalty?
