This may be trivial but I have two locations that I work out of. My apartment in Lexington (no space for MTi2 and don't want to carry it back and forth) and my edit room in Ann Arbor. Will I have a problem using the same laptop for both places? I'll do prep work in Lex and the final in Ann Arbor with maybe a touch-up back in Lexington. **Stupid way of putting it** Basically, if I start a project on the Raven - do I always have to have the raven around to work on it? - Thanks!

You will be able to switch around just fine. However you will want to save a couple Window Configuration Templates so you can utilize both display when you have the Raven and then revert to single display when on your laptop. article on how to easy sync Pro Tools and Raven using Window Configurations.

Question on this subject. I use the Raven at one location and then sometimes not at some remote sessions. Have window configs set etc.. This thread made be think can I run the Raven software without the Raven hooked up so I can use Batch Commander or do I need the separate Batch Commander plugin to do this ? I haven't tried this yet.

You will need Batch Commander since that works with Mouse Clicks, and the Raven only responds to TUIO, aka Multi Touch.

I was afraid you were going to say that ha ha ! Ok thanks. Is there any easy way to move custom Batch commands created on Raven to the Batch Commander plugin and vise versa ? Also does the Batch Commander App Work with both Raven and the standalone Batch Commander ?

Also does the Batch Commander App Work with both Raven and the standalone Batch Commander ? You can run them both at the same time. If you change the .Ravlay to a .BClay you can open Raven layouts on Batch Commander.
