Dear Jamey

Can we setup the Mix page with Raven Mixer without track and group list on the left
Also without Raven mixer, track and group list in Narrow mix view on one BC

I have dark grey faders on some tracks

its much better to have track colors showing. This way you can tell when you are out of sync.

Also, I would need to see a whole screen shot to find out why you aren't aligned.

You can use narrow mix and get rid of the tracks list. However this will stop any Fader Focus or instant plugin BCs from working.
