hi im from argentina, so my learning curve its a little too slow
i have the MTi2 for 6 months now, and i dont think i use it like everybody uses
it tends to ask WHY i do have the raven
so, the pourpose if the tread is to ask jamiez or something if its not possible to create a video series for the new user (i know u have the different daw videos)
but with a learning curve in mind

Do you have the Raven software open?? Are you on a QWERTY keyboard??? It possible some of these BCs will need editing if you have different character on your keyboard. 1. Multi touch faders. 2. Multi touch Sends. 3. Control plug ins. 4. Batch Commands. www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLpGC3ikrlbL_iF28_X4ATb2PPoMfbECYO5. Touch Editing, 6. use outside of the DAW. If you open gestures and go to settings, you can then show Gestures in the Menu Bar. From there you can save and load gestures profiles to easily switch them around.

i have a raven mti2 a faderport a USB nektar 88 and thinking in a faderport 8
BUt
im only have 4 HUI slots in protools
is there any way to hook up all he components?
is there a way to increase the HUI slots?
I have the first 3 related to raven
the other one tonektar and i have no other HUI slot

I don't think it is safe to use any other HUI devices with the Raven. The 4th HUI slot in PT is known to cause issues, so it may not run correctly.

I am sure it will work, but can't support it, since there is no way for us to test every controller out there and offer support for it. So you will be left to test yourself. I have seen someone use one on logic before. |

Ok, but the Q is this
i have a raven and a fader port and im thinking in a FP8
if raven uses 3 slots
FP the other one
how do i use the Fp8?
or...its is indispensable to use the 3 slots for the raven?
or there is some way to increase que 4th slots???

Not gonna work with FP8, since there is not enough HUI ports. I would get an artist mix or a S3 if you want faders since it uses EUCON.

They will work with MTi1 in the future, but we are still trying to implement UPDD into MT Platform.
