Can someone help me? I tried to follow the tutorial on installing the raven, and I was able to activate the ilok, but now the calibration screen shows that I don't have the raven installed and shows up dark with no option to calibrate. The UPDD doesn't show up in my apps either. I installed everything I could and came to a snag here. Help!

The UPDD doesn't show up in my apps either. I installed everything I could and came to a snag here. Help! It looks like you may have installed the wrong driver. Are you sure you are on MTi1?? The MTI1 has a very sturdy aluminum bezel, and very sensitive touch response due to the Infrared Technology. MTi1 connects with a DVI cable and uses Multi Touch Platform
MTi2 has a couple more touch points and attached variable stand, the driver for MTi2 allows for gestures to be assigned for 3/4/5 finger splays and drags. This feature will be added to MTi1 in the future. MTi2 connects with HDMI or VGA. This uses the UPDD Touch Driver. UPDD is located in App/Utilities. If you are on MTi2 be sure to run this un-installer for MTplatform. uninstall_touch_platform.pkg (3.2 KB) Then download the correct installer for you Raven. |
