Hi, I'm on dual raven configuration, Yosemite and P12.4
Here is my issue:
When I walk away from my desk for a few minutes break and then I come back my Raven software is stuck, always. The touch works but the layout doesn't.
I've to ForceQuit and reload again.
I've tried both with USB hub (powered and not) and on the Mac usb ports.
I've written a shell script to kill and reload Raven but I'm quite tired of it.
please could you handle this issue?

Cheers, Francesco If the Raven software isn't responding to touch, it could be because UPDD TUIO is not open. Be sure this app is open and didn't crash. Also, I would turn your power saving settings off, perhaps those are killing the touch. Lastly, send me an email and maybe we can try the newest touch driver update. Jamey@stevenslate.com |

Hi Jamey, touch in general is working and all the gestures are fine. Now I've set to show the TUIO menu bar and unchecked the "send TUIO packets at same rate as UPDD", just in case.
I Have already my power saving settings off, in fact my mac is already powered on.

Hi Jamey, touch in general is working and all the gestures are fine. Now I've set to show the TUIO menu bar and unchecked the "send TUIO packets at same rate as UPDD", just in case. I Have already my power saving settings off, in fact my mac is already powered on. You will want to leave that setting on. Opening up the TUIO app should be enough to start the touch back up on Raven. |

Raven up and running all night and today is stil working with no freeze. Great news for me!!

Unfortunately the issue is still there, don't know how after 2 days that worked, now it's came back :-(

Tried adjusting your energy saving settings.
Also check the activity monitor perhaps one of the UP DD apps has crashed.

I thin it's not about USB communication, touch screen keeps on working and also gestures handling. It's the Raven not receiving or one of the UPDD not sending properly I guess.
Here are my energy aving settings:
Computer never seeps.
Display sleeps after 15 minutes...I could try to disable this too, but I guess this means that I've to turn of my screens manually. Right?

Right? yeah, I would turn those all off, then just manually put the computer to sleep. Then try just powering down the Ravens using the On/Off on the back panel. |
