When I customize my tool bars I do not get the button that says save as user default. When I save a session with the changes I just made then try to reload the session the changes are not there. Has anyone else encountered this?

When I customize my tool bars I do not get the button that says save as user default. When I save a session with the changes I just made then try to reload the session the changes are not there. Has anyone else encountered this? Be sure to press "Save Layout" then overwrite the current layout so the changes are saved. Then press "Save Raven Session" to save the Ravlay.
