Hey folks, I just received my MTi2 yesterday, and have been increasingly frustrated with some glitching in the touch response. I'm sure it's software related, probably V-Control or UPDD because those programs have proven to be very temperamental already. They have frozen and glitched out multiple times. Currently things have been mostly stable in the last few hours, but one of the problems that has stuck around is a very jerky scroll motion, regardless of which program I am in (very annoying for banking, and reading in a browser). Here's a video of what I'm experiencing: youtu.be/pgEUkpZMnRUThe control software has also changed the way the mouse works on both the MTi2 and my MBP screen. The most frustrating of which is that click and drag no longer works with my mouse. It does work with a finger, but I can't use fingers on my macbook screen! If I can't resolve some of these basic issues, the Raven is going back to VK.

If I can't resolve some of these basic issues, the Raven is going back to VK. Are you using a Usb hub? try plugging directly in to the computer. Also, Double check your gestures are setup correctly. slatemt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/216754667-Setting-up-extra-UPDD-Gestures2 finger scroll should be disabled in UPDD as Raven assigns this gestures itself. It seems something maybe wrong with the installation prefs if these didn't get setup correctly. Or there could be a setting you have on your trackpad that doesn't play well. However, I have never heard of this issue with users with MBP.
