I'm running 2 raven mti2s on a brand new mac pro trash can (el capitan) and ProTools 12.5. Whenever I touch the raven, it clicks about 12 inches to the left of where my finger is on the screen. I recently added the second raven so I think it's still setup for only 1 screen. Whenever I launch the raven software, I no longer have the option to choose 'dual screen'. I've re-installed and updated the software. I've also calibrated several times, and the calibration comes up for both ravens.. so it knows there is a second screen.. please help!

First, set the left screen to monitor 1 and the right screen to monitor 2 in the UPDD hardware settings. Then, Try unplugging and re plugging in the right screen after startup. There is an issue with brand new El Cap systems (mine included) where the outline of the second screen will be outlined in "Red" after restarting, But re plugging in the USB again, it should turn black..

Ok I now have touch working on both Raven's, but when I launch ProTools, the batch commander only comes up on the left screen. When I first installed the Raven software, I remember there being a check box for dual screen in the raven startup window. There was also a dropdown menu to choose which version of ProTools. I must have checked the 'do not ask me again' box at some point because it now only launches at PT 12 and 1 single screen. How do I get back to that window to check the dual screen option?

In order to navigate to the User/Libary, hold down the Option Modifier while clicking the "Go" tab in finder.
This will reveal the User Library. Once opened, scroll to Application Support/Slate Media Technolgy/Raven.
Once there delete the "launchprefs" file. Then you can get the option for Dual.
