I believe I have BC setup correctly with PT11 but something's off. Using the Click Audio Suite command does nothing. And trying to access insert a on track A accesses insert B. I have the PT mix window maximized and the left window aligned. Other preset AS commands work fine though. I really want this to work. What could be wrong?

Hi Dougdi, Which click audio suite BC are you referring to? Also please send a screen shot of your mixer view. You may have some extra views that are interfering with Batch Commander.

I hope this explains it. I'm trying to open Audiosuite, then select an plug-in. Thanks, Doug Attachments:

Some how the click got broken. It will be fixed in the update coming out tonight. Thanks for you patience..

What could be wrong? Are u showing instrument tracks in the mixer?? Or mix pres?? Inserts must be all the way on top. What happens if u add to insert B? Does it go to C??

If you refer to the attached jpeg in my post there is just the one track open with no plugs inserted. And yes, it seems that the mouse point is lower than it should be it will select the next lower insert. I'm using a MBP with external monitors and it happens with any of the displays selected as the main display.

I am not seeing the Finder toolbar. That is probably why. Since that would lower your mix window a couple pixels. Plus all floating windows need to be closed for mouse click to perform properly

I'm sorry, I cut off the finder toolbar in the grab but was there. And there is no full screen mode in PT that I'm aware of. I also notice that when executing the BC "insert custom plugin insert a track 1" that in consistently goes to insert b, even if I move the ProTools window! The cynic in me calls this a "feature"

Ahh! Good catch! Now it works! So, is it possible for me to edit a bc like this to change track number or insert or is that something Slate has to do?

Just you "show selected tracks" to focus on the tracks you want to add the plugs on. Follow that with " Close all floating Window" CNTRL+CMND+OPT+W" Then use "Restore Previous Tracks" or "Show all tracks" to focus back to the whole session p.s. there are option for every single insert, but I prefer to use "add fav next" for making vocal chains www.youtube.com/watch?v=si6y4ocncn0check out the vid
