Hi, just got my Raven MTi 2. Running a Mac with OS X 10.11.1 on it.
Watching the setup video and following along. I got to the point where you manually line up the mix window so the external and internal mixer align. The video says to use the window expander (green button on top left of the mixer) to put it to full screen. However, when i do that the Raven toolbar disappears. I tried hiding it first as they do in the video. In the video you can say the raven icon before and after they make the mix window go to full screen. When i go to full screen the raven icon disappears just like the toolbar did when i maximized the screen. How do i get it to stay on top?
I went to the FAQ and found the "Raven Window Configuration Single" ptx file and imported the session data (window config only) as it said and i was able to pull up a full screen mode with the Raven toolbar on front. However, now i can go back and forth with the edit and mix button located on the toolbar one time from one to the other then it won't switch the windows anymore but the edit and the mix icons still light up when i hit them... sometimes if i wait a while it will work again for a moment but then it won't anymore.
Any ideas?
