Pro Tools key commands and default layouts location

I'm having trouble with batch commander not working properly. I had to reinstall Raven software and for whatever reason neither the default layouts or the pro tools key commands are being installed. Where can I find these? And what location do they need to be in for them to work correctly/be seen by the software? I'm only the newest version of Pro Tools 2024 
studio on windows 11. I also recently upgraded from PT 2021.
