Hey guys, I just recently got my first Raven MTI2 mostly because batch commander.
But I haven't been able to customize it. When I try to customize the bar, taking off elements from the toolbar, the raven software freezes and I need to restart the raven software.
That happens 100% of the times I tried to customize. On top of that every 2 weeks (been with the raven for like 2 months now) the V-control crashes and I need to re-download it and install it again.
That leaves me with just an extra screen, because It's so frustrating that I just decided to no bother anymore with trying and just work as always.
I really want to use the raven as it should be used, so... is there any ideas on what to do?
For context, I work on Pro Tools Studio, currently on version 2023.6.0 and a Mac Studio 2023 M2 Max with Ventura 13.5
