New M2 Mini arrived yesterday and I've been fighting to get my Raven functioning like it did on my Mac Pro.
I'm running PT 2023.3 and having no issue with transport and the external mixer view, but I can't seem to get the faders to show over the internal (PT) mixer. I've launched the software before and after opening PT. I've also used the windows configurations in the template folders. Nothing works. I've confirmed that screen recording is permitted.
Also, I'm having an issue where I can't pinch/expand to zoom in the edit window. I've updated the settings (system prefs), but it seems to expand the entire desktop, not the edit window.
Please help. I'm in the middle of a deadline and bought the new machine because my old one couldn't keep up with PT, now I'm losing time because my Raven is half-functional.

Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven, please send screenshot of your Pro Tools mixer setup, I would guess the color profile maybe too saturated or bright. slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/newHere is an article about the new Color Palette options: slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405720572951Also, I'm having an issue where I can't pinch/expand to zoom in the edit window. This setting would be done in the UPDD Commander and not in System Preferences actually. Just change 2 finger Pinch/Expand to key command "R" and "T" instead of Zoom screen and that will just zoom the timeline. However, I would suggesting sticking with the default gestures and use 3 finger swipe Up/Down/Left/Right for zooming the timeline. Here is the video on how to use the UPDD Commander and edit the gestures.
