I recently bought an Apple M1 Ultra Studio With Mac Ventura and am trying to connect a 4th monitor to my setup. I have 2 Raven MTI 2's and two standard HDMI monitors. These are the same 4 that I have been using for a long time when I had a Mac Pro 2013 trash can. My problem is, when I connect a 4th monitor to my setup via an HDMI-USB C multi port adapter, my touch functions on one of my Raven monitor goes totally wonky. for instance, when I touch Raven #2 which is set as extended display in the Mac, the cursor will jump to one of the non touch monitors which of course is not a touch screen monitor. I can go through the updd settings and identify the two ravens and it will work fine until I reboot or shutdown and then everything goes to shit again. I have talked to Apple and they tell my that M1 is capable of up to 5 monitors so it isn't their problem. I have a feeling it may have to do with a port conflict dealing with UPDD but I don't know how to check or set those settings. Any help will be appreciated, I know there has to be and answer, and a way to make this work.

Hey Jamey, I’ve tried the suggestions above and they don’t seem to work. I have created a case with Apple’s higher tech support and am waiting to hear back from them, but I wanted to double check with you as far as the UPDD commander touch software, are you aware of any issues with it and OS 13 Ventura? I mainly want to be able to tell them that I’ve eliminated the Raven and/or UPDD software as a possible cause of this issue. I’ve even gone so far as to do a recovery on the Mac to re-install the OS and used Migration Assistant to re-load my backup and the problem still exists. I have a very strong feeling that it is going to be related to Ventura issue because I never had the problem on my old 2013 Mac Pro. But by checking with you about the UPDD software, I can push back on them if they try to blame that instead of Venture. Thanks!

you can un-install UPDD if need be from Utilities/UPDD Un-install.. It is just a touch driver so doesn't affect anything with the displays setups and preferences.

If I uninstall the UPDD driver, won’t that affect the touch capabilities of my 2 MTI2’s?

If I uninstall the UPDD driver, won’t that affect the touch capabilities of my 2 MTI2’s? It would stop the touch from working, but if you want to eliminate any drivers from causing issues this would be the only driver that RAVEN installs.

Thanks Jamey, I found the problem, I think it was a port conflict between the HDMI port on the back of the Mac studio and the front usb c port that I was using a HDMI to usb c adapter on. I bought a dual HDMI to usb C adapter from OWC that has a dual link driver for it. That took care of the problem, and I really didn't believe the Apple "senior" techs who claimed it had to be an incompatibility between the Mac and the Raven software.
