'UPDD The package license has expired' error after installing 2022.9.
There's no way to get support from Raven. I tried to create a ticket, but I got a page not found error.

I went to Steven Slate Audio's Support page and got a "This page doesn't exist". The purchase of Slate digital has made me nervous. I hope my trepidation about this side of the company is unwarranted. The Aux i/o is a breakthrough for Avid, we really need the Ravens to work with this... also the Ravlay version 4.0 with the "upcoming" create your own user tiles has never eventuated... I hope company restructuring hasn't moved Jameyz on Jamey???

I've installed the UPDD touch driver 7.0.70 and the error went away but touch is all messed up. And still no way to submit a ticket. I've had to uninstall UPDD altogether. So my entire Raven MTI2 setup is useless. Anyone else has similar issues?

Slate Digital has always been a totally separate company from Slate Media Technology so nothing changed at all with RAVEN and Slate Media Technology.

I've installed the UPDD touch driver 7.0.70 and the error went away but touch is all messed up. And still no way to submit a ticket. I've had to uninstall UPDD altogether. So my entire Raven MTI2 setup is useless. Anyone else has similar issues? Yes. here.. I.. I'm not using my two Ravens at the moment because UPDD is just stressful and useless. The slate support is fast, but always asks the same annoying questions and always gives the same "solution suggestions" that don't help. I've already written 1000 times that I don't use a USB hub, that my two MTi2 are connected DIRECTLY to my iMac Pro and yet it keeps coming back... to check the USB cable or that I should connect my MTi2 directly to the computer. Sounds like a ready-made text module is sent. It doesn't seem to occur to anyone at Slate that the problem is that stupid UPDD.

This user is on PC Windows so not related to your Problems and these problems were fixed in the latest UPDD 7.0.74 update for PC Windows. From what I recall about your system is one of your touch screens went bad and is causing "Ghost clicks" however we haven't received a response from you since Mar 29 12:26am so not sure if you tried a different USB cable or figured out which touch screen was causing the issue on your system. But this isn't a UPDD issue you are having, it is a problem with the actual touch screen.
