Where can I get a UPDD gestures file? I can control the mixer with multitouch, but there are no gestures. When I check UPDD it says that there are no gesture profiles installed. It has an import feature, but I don't have the file to my knowledge.
Thanks for any help in advance! So psyched to get this running!
PS. This is probably unrelated, but I was not given any outlines to line up the mixer with, I was just lucky to find a setup that worked after too much fiddling.

The new RAVEN Internal Mixer doesn't require the mixer to be synced with the Red Outline so it has been removed. Now, users can make the faders are big or small as desired and drag the track list anywhere and the faders will snap in. However, the RAVEN installer automatically installs workspaces 1 and 2 for the Project Mix/Window so when users hit the "Mix" button on RAVEN toolbar it opens Workspace 2 which will already be customized to sync with the RAVEN Internal Mixer. slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033790153-Cubase-Internal-Mixer-not-syncing-properly-To align the Raven Internal Mixer with Cubase, the Stereo In/Out tracks must be hidden since these do not send HUI info to Raven. In Cubase 9-11, be sure to also hide the "Sampler" tracks in the MixConsole. Also, use G or H to zoom the Cubase mixer to show exactly 24 tracks, this way Banking 24 will work correctly. The Project/Mix buttons relate to Workspaces 1 and 2. So when hitting "Mix" it is recalling Workspace 2. These Project/Mix buttons also update the current Workspace before switching so any changes to the workspaces will be saved when pressing these buttons.

I'm so grateful for the exhaustive response Jamey! I'm so sorry I didn't mention this earlier, but I'm on Windows. I'm not sure if it's related, but I'm not seeing a UPDD Commander on my computer.

UPDD gestures is much different on windows so there are no UPDD profiles to load and no UPDD Commander app. For Windows RAVEN uses Batch Gestures which are Batch Commands that are mapped to gestures. youtu.be/AAbxMRUZ4kM?t=776Here is the video.

Thanks so much for the direction here, Jamey. I'm finding that none of the gestures work still. I have the mixer working, and multitouch is working, but gestures don't do anything, even if they are assigned properly. Any ideas?
Am I also understanding that pinching to zoom like I've seen in some videos is not possible? And that there are only 16 available gestures? Do I have those right, and if so, is it going to be updated for windows?

Gestures working fine for me here on Windows and Cubase 11 and I can pinch zoom and Cubase zooms the timeline Please file a support ticket so we can check your settings and get you the latest RAVEN update. slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/newIf you want to zoom the whole screen you would have to download an app called touch zoom desktop www.lovesummertrue.com/touchzoomdesktop/en-us/
