IOS Remote and Batch Command on start up

When I open Raven and batch command using the Factory default both my iPad and iphone connect. Same thing if the IOS Remote programs are open at start up the remote batch command connects. If I set the USER default the IOS Remotes will not connect. Can a custom set up as User Default be set up so it connect with IOS remote on start up or do I need to always go to factory default first or have the IOS apps open at BC start up?

But this is fixed in new update coming out..

Why are the colors on the BC so washed out? Can that be changed? The colors in the set up of BC look great
