Hello, I have a batch command to export masters from my pro tools session in multiple formats. For instance, I export MP3, 24/96 wavs, and 16 bit wavs. I have commands to export each file format individually working. However, when I try to export MP3s click the location to save them, set the MP3 file formats and then run the export something goes wrong. The tis bar is sliding along and creating the MP3s, and Raven shows "waiting for 3rd window to close" in the batch commander was manager at the top of the navigation bar. However, when the computer finishes exporting the MP3s and the dialog closes Batch commander is stuck at waiting for 3rd window to close and only advances if I cancel that command. I have mix and edit window open so the dialog should be the third window, correct? Here is the command if anyone is interested in looking at it. www.dropbox.com/s/gu9hjr7o6ct1v9g/Export%20all%206.ravbc?dl=0

Also you may want to add 1000 MS of delay on these.. <HOTMACRO label="WAIT FOR PT DIALOG OPEN" action="WAIT FOR PT DIALOG OPEN" delay="100" repeat="1" macroType="2" isRecording="0" version="3.0.0"/> <HOTMACRO label="WAIT FOR PT DIALOG" action="WAIT FOR PT DIALOG" delay="100" repeat="1" macroType="2" isRecording="0" version="3.0.0"/>

THanks, Jamey. I put in 1000 delays and it still does not work for some reason. Do I need a wait for dialog open command before that command? Here is a vide if that is helpful. we.tl/t-tEhihapszG

Here is a vide if that is helpful. we.tl/t-tEhihapszGNo need for the wait for window to OPEN.. Probably just something in the whole sequencing messing with the window count.. What if you use "wait for 4th window to close" Here is the link to start a support ticket and I can check it out. slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thanks, jamey. Sorry to do this on the boards. I will create a ticket. The weird thing is that it works on the first time I do it when I open BC, it runs through all the commands without a wait for window issue, but then the second time it does not do it. Anyhow, support ticket. thanks!

Jamey, I just wanted to say that your original suggestion of the timing change did indeed fix the problem. Thank you so much for the amazingly fast responses and direct help.

Jamey, I just wanted to say that your original suggestion of the timing change did indeed fix the problem. Thank you so much for the amazingly fast responses and direct help. Glad you got it working.. When doing macros it is almost impossible to have TOO MUCH delay in between actions as the DAW can take a few moments to respond (especially at the end of a mix when the CPU is maxed Out) I recommend 1500ms between every action if possible... Unless the script is supposed to be super fast..
