Yes me again, I managed to download the software and everything seems OK, except when I try to load Raven MTi2 I get the message "NO iLOK LICENSE FOUND" despite the fact that my iLok key and software seems to be configured correctly.. the key shows 1 activation in the valid locations it shows the RAVEN MTi Studio One correctly.. so how do I get the Raven software to see the iLok license? Am I missing something.. (this is my first time with an iLok key).. help..

I received a response from Support, and they have told me that Studio One/Windows 10 will work with the MTi2 without the Raven Software because of the native multi-touch built into Windows 10 and Studio One. However the other Raven software, such as batch command stuff will not work BUT they are working on this issue and should be releasing an update that provides full functionality for this configuration soon. I hope that's the case..!! I am probably going to keep my MTi2, enjoy the multi-touch functionality that I am currently getting, AND I will look forward to new functionality, when it comes.. I already have a number of things that I want to do with the Batch Command software!!

We just need to S1 to fix one small bug with their Multi-Touch interaction on Windows and we can release the full app. I talk to them once a week and keep bugging them for a fix. |
