Loving this thing so far! Will have some gentle suggestions soon, but I want to know what I'm doing first Question (with advance thanks) -- In the manual it states "Show the right sidebar of Digital Performer window and select “Commands” from the tab. Then, click the import drop menu on the right of the sidebar. Select import key bindings and choose the Raven Keys XML." Select from where? At least by name, I can't find them on my computer anywhere. Is it possible that they either weren't installed, or they aren't named "Raven Keys XML"? Many of the factory batch commands don't work and I'm assuming it's the lack of that xml file. Would love to just be able to grab that teenie thing from somewhere. Speaking of the gentle suggestions (or maybe this is a question with an answer), any way to get this to scroll in what Apple considers to be "natural scrolling" direction? That'd be SO great! Thanks everyone!

The DP Key Bindings are now installed with Raven, so you don't have to load anything. For commands that don't work as expected, check the Commands window in DP: some of them are interfered with by the inclusion of MIDI notes are possible triggers. No clue on "natural scrolling."

You can change the scroll direction in Raven settings, just click the navpad button and change from regular to inverted. There is no need to install Key Bindings as Raven will install for you? But it's possible they didn't install, I will add it to here unless they didn't install correctly.
As for certain BCs not working, please let me know which ones. There are some that will require a slight setup; but I am glad to help.
Also the QuickStart video should run through how to use some of the BCs.

Thanks, everyone! Nice to see you here Jim! Once I posted this, I noticed that there were a couple of window sets named "Raven" at the bottom of the window sets menu in DP. so that made me think things must have been modified by the installation. Also couple of my custom commands were gone after installation.
Also, thanks Jamey. Will do. I didn't realize the navpad setting was global, but looks like it is.

This is an old post, but for anybody who might encounter this in a search as I just did:
Digital Performer stores custom keyboard shortcuts (which it calls key bindings or command bindings) In /User/Library/Preferences/com.motu.DigitalPerformer/
If you want to copy your Digital Performer shortcuts from one installation to another, perhaps for a second DP workstation or second boot drive, copy the preferences from that folder. I typically copy just the Window Sets, Command Bindings, and Document Templates, but you'll know what's important to you.
