Can anyone confirm that if they make a session with 48 tracks, and are using the mixer 24 view, that bank by 24 will make it past track 40? Also scroll to track over 40 doesn't seem to let me view for example track 46. I can swipe past 40 with one finger gesture or use bank by one option until I get to the last track but then if I swipe/bank once more it snaps back and only shows through track 40 again. Any thoughts???

Do you have the "always fill channel strips" selected in PT Prefs?? my banking seems to work fine when showing 24 faders.

Of course I have that checked. I wish it were that simple. I've submitted bug reports to Trevor and Matt and I think a screen share is in order, just putting the feelers out to any other MTX MKII users that may have been experiencing this...

Thanks for the info...
I will fire up MTx tmw and see if I can match your issue. the only other thing I can think is that your mix window may not be expanded enough? What Is ur system info just in case?

I've made sure the red line is aligned with the side show/hide tracks and have clicked to maximize windows. The alignment seems fine as faders are responding as expected for movement. It's just banking that isn't working and also scroll to track isn't working it snaps back. MTX MKII here so this may have something to do with it if you aren't seeing this on an MTX. Thanks for your attention to this.

PT 11.3 and 12.3 running on 10.10.5 are you in an HDX with HEAT installed? There is a small offset on the right side of the screen that isn't on the left because of the option to expand and collapse HEAT could this be an issue??

But not totally sure as I don't have HEAT on this current computer.. Can you give it a try with Heat Disabled?? I am just running MTX software so i can't say if it is your actual unit, But I assume since the "Scroll to Track" doesn't work either that it isn't a Hardware issue.. Does the banking issue not occur when View 22 faders instead of the full 24?

I've disabled HEAT and did a fresh uninstall/install of Raven software. Trashed tools and reinstalled 12.3 as well. Doesn't matter mixer 22/24 still can't bank properly and scroll to track doesn't work. Window is as large as it can be. With Raven off scroll to track works as expected.

Only HUI things are V-control 1-4 and v-pan 1 vpan2 all are checked in midi input devices and v-control 1-4 in the midi controllers section.

You should only have V-Control 1-3 setup in Peripherals. Setup up V-Control 4 could be causing the issue, and try only checking V-Control 1-3 in Midi devices, you don't need pans or V4 enabled.

That fixed the banking issue thank you for that. I swear at one point it was said that control 1-4 should be checked
