Hello, Just ordered an MTi2 and was anticipating connecting it to my system. Currently running a MacPro (late 2014) with 2 Apple 27" lightning displays. If I connect the MTi2 via HDMI and keep the lightning displays on the lower inputs would they all work together? Thanks in advance for any advice. Douglas

Hi Douglas,
You should be fine with that arrangement. The new Mac Pros can support six displays.

Thanks Trevor - haven't used the HDMI port on my MacPro before and I read somewhere that to use an HDMI connection with 2 thunderbolt monitors that the thunderbolt connections had to be on bus 0 - the bottom two input sockets But you've reassured me that I can connect the HDMI in conjunction with the other two so I'll give it a go when the MTi2 arrives. Thanks for your quick response Regards Douglas
