Recently purchased 2 Raven MTI 2 and I've been unable to make touch to work. I'm using Windows 10 Build 1709 and I can't find SiS HID item on Devices management nor on Safe Eject, even though SiS HID is detected when connecting to the USB port. Please, see attached pictures. Tried different USB ports (2.0 and 3.0) direct from the Raven to the PC. Also tried 3 PCs, all of them had the same problem. Using Raven drivers 3.3.2 and UPDD says "No registered devices". PC is a Gigabyte Z370 based motherboard (Z370 HD3). Can you help me? Thanks.

The latest Windows 10 Creative update has changed some touch driver functionality, please use this latest RAVEN 3.5 version from your slate account. Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven.. slatemt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=61177
