I recently upgraded to Big Sur from Mojave and none of my sessions line up correctly now. I've had to make some minor adjustments after loading the window configurations, but I'm still having issues. Although the internal mixer seems to be lined up, there's still overlap on the bottom of the fader's scribble strip (over the raven 'rack') and the colors aren't lining up. I've used the raven single dark 10 insert configuration

I've used the raven single dark 10 insert configuration RAVEN doesn't fully support Big Sur yet, but for Pro Tools it will work. Be sure to update to RAVEN 3.9.2 for the latest version of RAVEN in your account here my.slateaudio.com/.

Thanks Jamey. I got this done and it's been working out pretty well, but if I switch to the External Mixer, and then back to the Internal, it kinda ghosts the faders and none of them are responsive. Any suggestions other than quitting and restarting?

Any suggestions other than quitting and restarting? Sounds like you are switching out of sends mode by hitting the Internal Mixer button instead of "Channel" button. Since there is no "internal/overlay" sends mixer the external/internal button should actually be greyed out when in sends mode.. So just use the Sends/Channel button to switch modes.
