Hey Jamey
I’m wondering if there is way to select a region in the timeline on the volume line of an aux or master track, and then bump that volume a predetermined amount the way I could manually drag it up or down with the trim tool The idea being to, for example, bump a chorus section up .5dB
I know this can be done with ultimate advanced automation trim mode. But what about in Native?
Thanks!

But what about in Native? Thanks! Only way is on a track with audio, then users can "convert clip gain to volume" which is pretty cool. The best way is to use the automation "Write to Selection" option. So select the desired area and hit "preview automation" Batch Command or the button in automation window. Then set your volume and hit hit "write to selection" button.

ok, here is a way to do it. Move these python files to Macintosh HD ▸ Users ▸ user name ▸ Library ▸ Application Support ▸ Slate Media Technology ▸ Raven ▸ Python ▸ ProTools ▸ Single ▸ PT2020 Then import the Batch Commands into the user quicklist. Next, select the area on the timeline and hit the Batch Command. It will fit the selection to the screen and send a mouse drag to the automation line. Also, be sure Universal tool is selected. If you want to adjust the db Value just change the Y Axis values a few pixels. download.slatemt.com/Support/Drag%20Automation%20Line.zipHere is what it should look like. http://instagram.com/p/CQb1UhJgch7

Thanks!
I’ll give it a go!
The write automation to timeline method doesn’t work because there’s no Preview automation in the Native version of Pro Tools
