Hello I just updated my home studio computer from a Mac mini to a iMac 27". (Big Sur 11.2v). I downloaded 3.9 installer from my.steveslateaudio.com site. Going thru the process that this youtube video lay's out for you www.youtube.com/watch?v=X66oRQ7miNcAfter launching UPDD Console my touch screen is not recognized in the app in the general section nor does the touchscreen work at all. My HDMI cable is plugged into a powered hub and my USB cable ( less than 6 feet long ) is plugged directly into my iMac. I've tried every USB on my Hub and my iMac and I've tried 6 different USB cable that I know are working. Is it possible to use a Raven MTi2 with a iMac ( dual screen set-ups ) Can you go thru the set-up process of setting up a MTi2 with a iMac Is there a setting on the iMac that has to be engaged or dis-ingaged Is there a FIX for this and if so would someone please share the info ? Thank you

I've tried every USB on my Hub and my iMac and I've tried 6 different USB cable that I know are working. That would mean your computer is probably blocking the UPDD kext files. But I would need to see a System Profile to confirm so you should start a support ticket. Please go to System Preferences → Security & Privacy. Under the "General" tab, please click "allow". Now the touch driver has access. RAVEN works great with the iMac. But would depend what year and version the imac is and if it can support 2 external displays.
