Trying to setup a new (but never used or registered) MTi. Display works and touch works. However, the Raven software doesn't seem to load properly. I just get a Raven icon in the Dock and clicking on it does nothing. All the install materials show how to install am MTi2 but the one has a different driver that I installed and I have run the MTi1 calibration routine successfully. However, the group installer package also installs the driver for MTI2. I don't know if this is interfering with something or what. I don't what tepp to go to next either. It's all very confusing and when I put in my support ticket I was told these haven't been made in 6 years which is why the support materials aren't there for this. I have a support ticket in (just saying since most responders say put in a support ticket) but have made little progress. All the older software links in my profile are also dead and just give xml errors. This is so frustrating and I can't believe I bought this. Can anyone give advice?

Just click the Gold RAVEN icon in the menu bar as the RAVEN software is probably already open so clicking on the dock isn't going to launch the app if it is already running. Your setup should be exactly the same as the videos since the DAW setup and the RAVEN software is exactly the same for MTi1/MTX/MTZ/MTi2. OK, things are running a lot better. I think I have the one missing but I need. It's pretty cool now that it's mostly working. Sorry about the frustration.
