Hello,
I have a particular problem about my brand new MTi2. Whenever I restart my mac, the touchscreen never works. I tried everything, and the only thing that made touchscreen work was reinstalling the Raven software. I am currently using Raven 3.0 and every time I restart my pc I am reinstalling the driver in order to start mixing. I have tried every USB ports on my mac, (several 3.0 and 2.0) and every port responded the same. Therefore I assume this problem is not about USB ports. I need emergent assistance because this is affecting my job ( both in time manner and psychologically - I mean think about it, every day I am reinstalling the Raven drivers before I get to work ). Does anyone having this problem too?

That is a known issue and UPDD is coming out with version 6 soon. (Currently why PC is still BEta) But all that will be needed for this to function, is to open up the TUIO app, and toggle on/off the enable mouse click button.. So no need to re-install every restart..

I'm having the same exact issues. I've even went ahead and got a replacement. I'm sitting here with 3 ravens. One in the box for return later. Cables changed. I even tried a new power chord. Did a hard reset on my Mac Pro (trashcan) still nothing. It's really frustrating as I took 2 weeks off work to finish a very important project and enhance my workflow. Is there any resolve for this yet.
