2 x MTi Ravens, both USB direct into MacBook Pro 2013 Mojave, (NO Hubs) latest Raven 3.7. Kensington trackball.
This is weird and has been happening randomly over a period of time. Suddenly the mouse pointer will go nuts, only way I can stop it is to close the Raven software, or switch off multitouch daemon in preferences. Thing is, it doesn't do this on cue, sometimes I am 2hrs into a session before it suddenly begins. Other times it's from startup.
I have tried using a different mouse, a different computer, hubs. no hubs.. it still happens. In fact nothing I do seems to fix it long term. So, just putting out for any clues before I start a ticket.

Thanks Jamey, I have previously cleaned the infrared rails thinking if they were dirty it might be a cause but I didn't particularly focus on the corners. I will look again at that. The problem does seem to be triggered only by my second screen, if I just use the main screen (not dual) it doesn't happen. I will give it a few days testing.
