Hi there!
As the subject suggests I tried powering up Batch Commander to review a client's issue with a revision I sent them and my beloved Batch Commander wouldn't fully open. I then realized it's still looking for and expecting Pro Tools 2019. I'm sure there isn't an update as of me writing this message, but is there some sort of projection as to when an update will be ready? Given the nature of this pandemic I expect everything is delayed. Just wanted to reach out to make sure I didn't miss anything.
Many thanks to the Slate Digital team. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you during this difficult time!

In the meantime you can open PT19 and then Batch Commander, next quit PT19 and open PT20 will Batch Commander is open and it will connect.

Just checking.... I have just bought a MTi2 (for Windows 10 / Pro Tools 2020.3) and am getting up to speed. But I am struggling to get the Batch Command stuff working - perhaps because Batch Commander support )in Raven 3.7.5) for Pro Tools 2020 is not working yet (see April 7 post above). Please update?

But I am struggling to get the Batch Command stuff working - Batch Command basic training for Pro Tools Windows Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven. slatemediatechnology.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/newperhaps because Batch Commander support )in Raven 3.7.5) for Pro Tools 2020 is not working yet (see April 7 post above). Please update? We actually don't even have Batch Commander for Windows as it is a totally different application than RAVEN which doesn't need a touch screen and doesn't do transport or faders. But since RAVEN has the ability to create and launch Batch Commands, RAVEN users do have access to these features on windows. Batch Commander is a slimmed down version of Raven, so the Raven MTi2 has all the Batch Commander capabilities built in.
