While we're waiting on 3.03: is anyone at Slate working on the internal mixer for Nuendo? That would be swell...

But, we are working on the internal mixer, and I have actually seen it in action. Nuendo does handle some stuff differently than Cubase, so it will not be in the next update unfortunatly. I should have some more news soon regarding this feature.

I know... with Cubase 9 coming out and Logic 10.3 coming out, there was a lot of added work to do... update coming very soon..

The Pinch to Zoom gesture seems handy though. Maybe I will finally be able to grab the handles of a clip to make a fade now.

Any news on this? Another 6 months have passed. I would love to finally see the Nuendo internal mixer come out.

Agreed, I know Nuendo is a little too much on the high end compared to the mass users on Logic or Pro Tools, but would be great to get some idea if its going to happen anytime soon now that the other updates have been released.
Thanks for any info

Ok, so I finally bought the N8 update. Most of the kinks seem to have been ironed out.
What do I need to do now to make the Raven recognize N8 in stead of 7? It won't let me select anything and just starts up with N7.
Thanks.
Marty.

I got it. Reset launchprefs. Now the alignment... Doesn't look too good up till now. To align the Raven Internal Mixer with Cubase, the Stereo In/Out tracks must be hidden since these do not send HUI info to Raven. In Cubase 9, be sure to also hide the "Sampler" tracks in the MixConsole. Also, use G or H to zoom the Cubase mixer to show exactly 24 tracks, this way Banking 24 will work correctly. The Project/Mix buttons relate to Workspaces 1 and 2. So when hitting "Mix" it is recalling Workspace 2. These Project/Mix buttons also update the current Workspace before switching so any changes to the workspaces will be saved when pressing these buttons. Here is an article on how to align the Cubase Internal Mixer. slatemt.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/220305987-Cubase-Mixer-Alignment

Hi Marty,
did you finally manage to lign up the internal mixer? I'm trying everything i can find but the raven faders just show up as small little sqares above the nuendo faders - the red box seems to be ok though.
All the best Andi
