Just got my MTI today. Finished playing with it, put my machine to sleep and apparently killed the raven. Wont power up at all. I've tried disconnecting everything and reconnecting. Any thoughts?

Hmmm. had to disconnect the cable and reconnect after the "off mode" screen went away, and it finally picked up signal... Any procedural things i should be doing differently to avoid this kind of thing?

Hi Meistudio, What type of mac are you using your RAVEN with. Also how is connected? DVI, Thunderbolt, HDMI....?

Odd, thought i replied to this. Its a Quad core xeon 2.66 16g ram, 1024mb video card and a 512mb video card (i have 3 monitors running). Its connected via DVI cable. Seems as though once the machine goes to sleep, the raven can't be awakened until I restart the machine.

I will look into this issue a bit further, for now I recommend downloading the free application Caffeine. It will prevent your mac from going to sleep, great to use while working with a DAW.

Im not sure what DAW you use ? I use pro tools and optimisations recommend to never allowing you computer to go to sleep . ..., Its probably best that you check that your computer is 100% optimised first for your DAW (as Raven is part of that)

Try opening up the multitouch application by itself and hitting calibrate. Do you see a serial number of the touchscreen and the drop menu of the application?? If not something could be wrong with USB

I'm having the same issue with OFF MODE with my MTi 1. No matter what computer or operating system I connect it to, it remains in OFF MODE. I've tried all suggestions, but still nothing. Could it be the power supply? Can someone please shed some light? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This would be the connection to the computer as the screen must have power if it is showing the OFF MODE text.
