Hey Guys,
We've made some maintenance updates to RAVEN 3.0.1 correcting some bugs. Please stay tuned, as we're already to work on the next maintenance update targeted for mid January.
Thank you,

It's not working properly. Do we need to uninstall the previous version before downloading?

I'm on Raven MTi2 with Protools 12. I did the download when Raven prompted. After I downloaded and installed the update I open Raven software and it asked me if I wanted to update again, even though I had already performed the updated installation. The new installation still says version 3.0.1 and it has cause my batch commands and transport features to stop working. I restarted several times since last night and still have the same issue today. Any idea what's going on?

Transport stuff sounds like a HUI/V-Control issue. Double check your MIDI devices and peripherals prefs. Also try creating a couple tracks and see if that kicks the HUI into place. Off the top of my head, it sounds like a preferences thing. I guess try deleting the 3.0.1 and reinstalling 3.0.2. Or what happens if you re-install 3.0.1? do you have that anywhere in your downloads still?? Else, head over to the slate support, and we can setup a meeting and get you rocking. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Same here, on DP... the installer is not installing 3.0.2, and after restart it still shows 3.0.1 starting up and prompts me to download the update. I deleted the Raven app and ran the installer again.... same result. I still have 3.0.1
I think you've just got the wrong file linked.

Thanks. I reset my preferences and now Raven is up and running again. I think the file linked to the 3.0.2 update may be corrupt or wrong. When I deleted 3.0.1 and reinstalled the new linked file Raven still shows as 3.0.1. How do I get in contact with Slate support? Support links keep sending me to this forum. I called Slate office as well but no answer.

I download several times and it still showing as 3.0.1 instead of 3.0.2..

Be sure to delete the old MTi app and install again. That should fix it.

AS I said above, I deleted the Raven app and ran the installer again, and still ended up with 3.0.1. That is pretty odd. I just downloaded it from my account, and after deleting the app it installed fine. I did skip the part where it installs multi touch. There is another updated version coming, so hope that works better...
