Hello,
I am a pro tools user and I have a couple of question regarding the Raven before I buy it,I search through the forums, but I don't see these question answer
1) can you use your computer keyboard command in conjunction with the Raven? so I select a track with the raven, then hold down shift on my keyboard and then scroll down and select another track on the Raven would all the tracks be selected?
2) is there anyway to "right click" on the Raven? or would I have to use BC?
3) on screenshots and videos of Raven, I always see the edit and mix windows maximized, would I be able to use a custom size eidt/mix window?
4) I understand the way Raven enables multi touch is by overlaying their custom Raven mixer on top of the pro tools mixer, if I bring up a plugin on the mix window, would that plugin be multi touch enabled as well?
5) same question as above but for the surround pan window. would I be able to use 2 fingers to pan both L/R channels on the surround panner?
6) is there anywhere in Los Angeles area where I can test out the Raven in person? tried a couple of guitar center stores near me and they didn't have it.
thanks!

Hello, I am a pro tools user and I have a couple of question regarding the Raven before I buy it,I search through the forums, but I don't see these question answer 1) can you use your computer keyboard command in conjunction with the Raven? so I select a track with the raven, then hold down shift on my keyboard and then scroll down and select another track on the Raven would all the tracks be selected? Yes that'll work just fine, I use shift and touch and shift option in touch quite often 2) is there anyway to "right click" on the Raven? or would I have to use BC? Yeah you put one finger down and tap the second finger in it at Does a right click 3) on screenshots and videos of Raven, I always see the edit and mix windows maximized, would I be able to use a custom size eidt/mix window? Depending on how many raven toolbars u want to show you could customize the size of your edit window but the Mix window will always have to be maximized with the wide faders 4) I understand the way Raven enables multi touch is by overlaying their custom Raven mixer on top of the pro tools mixer, if I bring up a plugin on the mix window, would that plugin be multi touch enabled as well? So far they're only multitouch plug-ins in studio one. But anything is possible with the Raven 5) same question as above but for the surround pan window. would I be able to use 2 fingers to pan both L/R channels on the surround panner? The surround Paner works great on raven but it would only be one click at a time. However there are multitouch pans but only for left and right 6) is there anywhere in Los Angeles area where I can test out the Raven in person? tried a couple of guitar center stores near me and they didn't have it. I would hit vintage King or Slate Office thanks![/quote]
