Just got my MTI2 today and was super frustrated to find that it's not compatible with El Capitan. Any idea how long it's going to be? I'm having all kinds of issues, so it obviously doesn't work. I'm bummed and really considering just sending it back.

hi any updates on raven, batch commander, slate drumsVRM, etc and el capitan? thanks I am using Raven, BCer, VMR, SSD, AIREQ all in The Captain.... Raven has a couple glitches, but I mixed 21 songs so far and it hasn't slowed me down... However i do still think Mavericks is still the most stable for everything.... So don't upgrade yet if you can help it..

Hey ozzystone, Just to do some clarifying here for those of you on OS X 10.11 (El Capitan,) when we released RAVEN 3.0, we were careful mention that the support for 10.11 is only currently in beta and not officially supported. Our development machines have been handling it very well, but we are still making some tweaks to the code to provide for full support in a future update. If you're using OS X 10.11, things should generally function fine, however if you experience any issues, please contact our support department at slatesupport.com and let us know your specific issue so we can be sure and address it for the full support release. Hi guys,
I'm having huge problems connecting my MTi monitor. I am on El Capitan, but Multitouch software don't recognise my Raven MTi. It says : 'No device connected', but both the DVI and the USB is correct connected. And yes, I did the uninstall before installing the new Raven 3.
Anyone else having these problems ?
Btw... I am running Raven 3.01, and Pro Tools 12.3.1, and Raven loads OK, but no multitouch function ...
Any help appreciated.
Thanks, Geir

Are you using a USB hub? Pleas file a support ticket and we can get u up and running.. Actually I was not, but yes, I did try that first, with no luck btw ... But now, after changing to a forth (!) USB cable, it finally works ! Took the cable I've been using with my VPC 1 - keyboard, so I am up running with Raven 3.01 an El Capitan. Right now, life is not that bad ... Best, Geir

How are you guys going with this? It has been an awfully long time now. 3.1 has fixed a couple of the el capitan issues. But, we have a new update in the works that will finally resolve all these issues. Please, send me an email, and I will get you on the Beta Team.
