Can anyone offer any suggestions please.
I have downloaded the demo of Batch Commander and the Slate Remote onto my iPad. When attempting to connect the Slate Remote app my Mac is found and a screen labelled 'Network Connection' appears with a message stating 'Updating Batch Commands'.
This screen keeps running, it's been about 45 minutes now. Support suggested asking here.

Try closing down BCer and the slate remote..
Then relaunch BCer and then launch the iOS APP.

My Remote is not working also. I close Batch Commander and Slate Remote. Open Batch Commander and it works fine. Open Slate remote and nothing. I press connect and still nothing. When i press one of the button on Remote, although it doesn't show connected, it quits Batch Commander.

Hit restore factory default in the "settings" for batch commander.
Have your ever had it working?
Or is this the first time trying to hook it up?

I used it back when it first came out. Had a few issues with BC and put it down. Then was working on speeding up my workflow so decided to try it again. And no dice. About to try to restore to default now.

Don't know why that worked, Don't Care. Thank you. Working well now. I even went back to my BC Layout and it is still sync'd properly. Thank you much for your assistance.
